Carnethy Midweek Race
Cracking wee race in the Pentlands taking a steep climb to the summit of Carnethy Hill and then a great gentle downhill letting you really speed along. Ran very well and beat a few who normally come ahead of me. Finished in exactly the same time as last year.

Meall Nan Tarmachan
Max and Colin drove up to Killen on Saturday to bag a munro. Good weather on a nice easy hill. Up and down in around 3 hrs of walking.
